• Who can apply for membership in OneCall's Affiliate Program?
• Any site that does NOT promote violence, sex, illegal activity or racism is welcome to join. Also welcome are sites which do NOT contain any OneCall trademarked terms within their URLs or sub-domains. However, any competitor of OneCall will NOT be accepted into the OneCall Affiliate Program.
• How much does it cost to join OneCall's Affiliate Program?
• Membership is FREE! That's right. There is NO cost to join the OneCall Affiliate Program.
• Do members have to be in the United States?
• While there may be rare exceptions to the rule, OneCall does require that the mailing address to which payments are sent be within the United States.
• Can I link to OneCall from multiple web sites?
• Yes, you may freely link to OneCall from multiple web sites, provided you are the rightful owner.
• May I have multiple OneCall Affiliate Program accounts?
• Yes, though you may find account management easier if you consolidate them. Please contact affiliates@onecall.com with details on your specific situation.
• How does the OneCall Affiliate Program's tracking technology work?
• OneCall assigns each affiliate a specific code (known as a BCPID) to include in all links to OneCall's site. Via this BCPID, OneCall is able to determine the referring affiliate when the links are selected.
• What if I send a customer to your site but that customer doesn't make a purchase until a later visit?
• OneCall has a 90-day cookie enabled which will provide affiliates credit for all revenue generated from referred customers for the next 90 days. This cookie remains in effect unless that customer visits another affiliate site after yours or purposefully deletes the OneCall cookie.
• What’s OneCall's commission rate?
• The OneCall Affiliate Program offers a base commission rate of 4% with occasional special incentives paying up to 10%.
• Is there a cap on commissions per item or during a specific time period?
• No. OneCall's Affiliate Program NEVER caps commissions.
• What if a customer returns something they bought via one of my affiliate links?
• In the rare case of a product return, OneCall will deduct the commission for that particular sale from your affiliate commissions.
• How often will I get paid?
• OneCall pays affiliates monthly.
• Is there a minimum amount you pay out?
• There is no minimum payout for OneCall affiliates.
• What methods of payout do you support? Check, PayPal, etc?
• OneCall supports payout via check.
